When you're logged into the site, check the box at the top of the right column. Notice that link "Your Bookmarks"? Well, obviously there's nothing there yet. But if you check an article, you'll notice at the bottom right there's a link to bookmark it, which will then place that article in your bookmarks. This way you can collect all your favorite articles together in one handy location!
